    No staff at location or available 24/7 to take emergency calls

    Got locked out of room at 2 am and building, entry code expired no FRONT DESK OR STAFF AVAILABLE they should have a 24/7 call in case of emergencies and also the windows did not open god forbid theres a fire

    The room was clean and comfortable with a nice size shower.
    There is no carpet so the entire place is pretty echoey and loud, and I did not recieve the complementary bottle of wine that the website states that you get. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the price I paid for 1 night ($312.55), which includes $40 just for late checkout, was outrageous! $40 each if you want early ckeck-in or late checkout is just greedy! You cannot even arrive early to see if you room is available for early ckeck-in like a typical hotel, because there is no staff on site. Won't waste my money again!

    It was nice for one night stay and it had a good location.
    No ice and I didn't like the flooring in bedroom...it would be nice to have a nightstand on both sides of bed. Also, lots of spider webs on balcony.

    It would have been nice to have a staff member there at all times, but it was good.
    The complimentary food was a bit messy, and no staff members there to clean it up.

    We would definitely come back
    Clean, great location, easy to access, beautiful inside and out.
    Sitting outside on the balcony, all the chairs and ceiling was COVERED in webs and Spiders. Hard to sit back and relax when something was crawling on you.
