Superb

Clean, cute and comfy.

Comfy beds + cute boutique hotel. Decent breakfast menu options (not a buffet). Clean, kind staff, and updated facilities.

Eating area for breakfast was quite small as were the rooms. One person can fit in the room but it would be a tight squeeze (with no personal space) if there was more than one person.

It was great for what we were after, would recommend for a short stay!

The location was the best part, being able to walk into the square and to the markets was great. It was modern and the bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly.

The room was small and the bathroom was tiny, ideal for 1 person. The bed was also too small for 2 people. Also the pool is covered and has no sun during the day which was a shame.

Fantastic and good value hotel

Very friendly staff, decent a la carte breakfast, nice pool (although a bit cold as shaded) and roof terrace. Good location near Chiang Mai old town. A fantastic small hotel and very good value for money.

Bathroom was a bit too small and the water went hot and cold. Sometimes hotel is noisy as corridors are open-air, especially if lots of vehicles are going past or other guests get up early.
