    The garden is so peaceful and lovely they take a good care of it. The manager was the most amazing human on earth. She is so lovely and convenient, helped us to sorting out a bunch of things
    Nothing really maybe the couple mosquitoes that has gotten me but really recommend this place

    Very pleasant stay with a lovely host
    Lovely host with a nice rustic feel set in a natural setting, slightly different from your bog standard budget accommodation, set in a lovely secure garden.
    The bathroom is a little small, and the place is a little awkward to get to without transport as it is on a main road with not much in the way of pavement (typical of Chiang Mai), although walking is not impossible. Just watch out for oncoming traffic.

    Beautiful oasis of calm in central CM and the opportunity to stay in traditional Lanna style rooms in the city - great value too! The host was also very helpful and kind, making sure we were comfortable and happy always.

    A very nice and helpful staff (espacially the lady who is taking care of the hotel), beautiful garden with a place to sit at the river, access to the kitchen where guests can prepare a meal or tea/ coffee.
    It is loud because of the nearby road
