Nice hotel but too remote

Great rooms, lovely bathrooms

Location remote, without own car impossible location. Heating was on low and it was cold everywhere in the building. Pool was more a paddling pool

Pleasant comfortable stay.

Good location, modern decoration, comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Especially I want to mention the manager Mrs.Melanie Bauer, who cares about everything to make us feel comfortable like home. We appreciate and thank very much for her service.

The cleaning staff are strangers with good will but no German knowledge and only little English. So the communication is not easy.

Rooms and spa was nice. Service of hotel belongs to brand. Architecture of hotel nicely fits to nature.

Evening program in the hotel is poor. Village is quiet and all the restaurants closing too early.

Amazing staff They have AC They have fair restaurant Fast room service Fast house keeping

Alot of Mosquitoes and insects inside and outside the room The bathroom water pressure is super low The wash room smell bad and too small They are so poor in shampoos and so.. You dont feel Kempinski spirit in this hotel its just like any other hotel
