Disappointing

disappointing especially for the amount of money paid

site location was nice. easy access to newquay.

toilet seat was loose and moved everytime it was used. one of the window latches was broken off completely so the window could not be closed and there was only a net curtain no solid curtain so anyone could see in once the lights were on we were unable to watch the tv as every slight movement in the caravan caused the picture and sound to break up why were some of the walls and surfaces sticky ?

Passable

First day of arrival, the master bedroom stank of black mould. Informed the owner, he came the next day and replaced bed, sheets and pillows, removed the black mould. On the second day the room was habitable. Not what I expected, but he did rectify the problem within the afternoon next day.

Walking to the town was easy as long as you went the long way lol the hill was a killer.lovely little caravan .homely with everything you needed .quiet park ,really relaxing .

Superb

Many thanks to the owner for checking all was ok. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The location was superb only a short walk from many amenities eg leisure centre , boating lake, cafes etc.The property was cleaned to a high standard and we loved the biscuits and fresh milk that were thoughtfully left for us.

Unfortunately the shower was running cold to lukewarm. Once the problem had been reported r the owner brought in a plumber in and organised a replacement valve asap. We were very thankful that this problem was sorted immediately e.g. on the day we reported the problem.

Honest appraisal

Good site to walk to town and beaches. Good to use as a base for sightseeing

Caravan a bit old and tatty for the price. Had issue with bed linen, resolved with newly purchased but not washed linen. Compared to renting from the site for a much newer caravan very expensive. No instructions for recycling.

Short stay

Stayed for two nights for a wedding. Ideal location easy to find with the directions given. Clean inside with some little extras left for us, lovely touch.

The twin beds were smaller than we thought but was fine for the two nights. Ideal for children not for grown men

Had a lovely time way was much needed.

About thirty minutes walk up hill,Taxies all booked they were very busy, buses stop from 17.30 then every 2 hours realy need a car to get about. But lovely place to stay.

We only used the caravan to sleep, out & about the rest of the time.
