    I loved the view. The hot tub was great. The cabin was clean and had everything you could need for the kitchen.
    I didn't like that my outlets for my room weren't working but I'm sure it was just a breaker switch.

    It wasnt worth the money we paid, loved the location but its wasnt a clean cabin at all.
    We loved the location & the view. The main building staff (who we would talk to over the phone) were fantastic! Friendly, helpful, definitely a great experience with the staff.
    Our cabin was filthy. The sheets that were suppose to be clean, had long strands of hair, the sink drain- hair. Toilet seat- hair. The floor- hair. That was disgusting. Our mattress pad was just so gross, stains all throughout it, urine or sweat Im assuming. The walls were FILLED with dust, from one end to the other, dust everywhere. The rest of our family stayed about 10 minutes away in a 5 bedroom cabin for $200 more than what we paid! It would have been a fantastic place to stay, if it was cleaner.

    clean and well maintained. when called about a Minot issue the rental company offered to have it fixed within 24 hours.
    the hills were a little steep, but expected for the location.

    Hot tub was nice. Huge deck out front overlooking trees, other homes, and the mountains in the distance. Big kitchen; open layout into living room made for a great entertaining space. Maintenance staff arrived quickly. Heated beds and TVs in the bedrooms made it cozier. Close to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center (trolley stop).
    Several things were not working properly upon arrival, such as the table top arcade game, gas fireplace, television in one of the bedrooms, and exterior motion light. There was not way to turn off the spotlights, and one of them was strobing and the other faced the hot tub. Gas grill out front barely had enough propane for one cookout.

    My family and I were able to enjoy this vacation, thanks to my father in law. This August will be one year since he pass
    Just the brightness of the entire house! the view was amazing! being able to just sit outside and enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning was literally the best!
    The only real but not real complaint would be the heat. unless the doors to the bedrooms stayed closed, the whole cabin gets pretty warm. But thats nothing that you cant just make a habit of lol

    It was a great place for the price and for the amount of people you could have in there comfortably!
    The views were stunning, and the access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were next to none. Easy to get to both! The furniture and finishing's were in mostly good condition, as were the appliances.
    The air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat. It was very difficult to use. The TV in the living room had been damaged previously, and you could tell. A previous guest also damaged the lounge chaise as well, and it could not be used. Finally, the sound on one of the TVs in the bedroom turned off and on sporadically.
