    Great stay!
    The villa was beautiful! The rooms were great, the swimming pool was just as we imagined it to be and the facilities available were great. Furthermore, the neighbourhood was fantastic and had a beautiful hidden restaurant on a swamp.
    The privacy of the place could have been a tiny bit better. There have been two situations when the host forgot to inform us of the arrival of people to our property, such as a man to clean our pool in the morning which frightened me as I was not expecting anyone else to be at the property or when an engineer came to make our water pressure better, which was great but would have appreciated a note which would have informed us of his coming. Other than the host was helpful and lovely.

    I spent a large sum of money and feel cheated.
    Not much to be honest, there was a pool which was filtered, the gate was lockable, the staff were very prompt and helpful.
    It was very run down, the paint was peeling, and wallpaper torn, net curtains very dirty, the drains smelled of sewer when it rained. The kitchen was dirty, the oven electric cable was dangerous, the sofa disgustingly dirty. Needs massive renovation. The garden furniture was unusable. The bbq was ridiculously bad. Sorry, but the pictures lied.

    Too many mosquitoes and ant in side the room because the door of the villa doesn't closed well and the villa smell bad, the staff was good, there was a cctv inside the villa and I asked them to cover it they said it for insurance purposes but I cover it . Over all it was very bad.uninsured

    Best private place to stay in Ao Nang
    Stayed at this villa for 3 days and couldnt have been more comfortable. It was very clean and had housekeeping service too. It had all the necessary facilities and the staff were extra kind, attentive and helpful at all times. Would definitely come back!

    The private pool was great. The house was clean and the room and the staff was friendly and helpful
    AC was not up cooling very well, but that was rectified as soon as we informed the staff. The water pressure in the showers was low.

    I will give 4 out of 10. Stayed for 3 nights and for the value paid it averagely met the expectation
    The swimming pool temperature well maintained.
    1. Water pressure in all the toilets were bad and the shower heads are rusted and clogged. 2. You have to call or text the housekeeping and wait for 30min to attend to your needs as they are not in house keeping. 3. The town isnt walking distance and availability of tuk tuk are rare near the villa. 4. Many types of insects around the villa. Not advisable if you are travelling with young kids. 5. Clock battery not changed 6. Insufficient towels and toilet essentials
