Spotlessly clean room. Convenient location. Parking. Tea and coffee station on landing.

Functional 'welcome' on arrival and when we were coming back in later that night. Plastic laminated signs on doors and walls. Expensive but seems that that is Killarney pricing.

Excellent location it was only a short walk to the middle of the town. Lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of space to park as well.

Huge bathroom and a vast selection of amenities were provided. Staff were friendly and close to Killarney centre.

Very poor

The host was very rude. She rang me at 12noon on the day that I needed to check in or she would not be there after 8pm. Very rude on the phone to me and I was taken back by this attitude! I arrived to check in before 8pm. The first thing she did was 'stuff' the receipt of paymrnt into my hand. The customer service was mil. She kept asking me about breakfast as she had to organise her staff to provide same. Also, she told me three times she would not be there in the morning.. I travel to Killarney a number of time in the year and so do my friends. I have warned them never to stay there! I just wonder what other people think? I could not believe there were a number of excellence certs from Trip advisor on the wall, how is that possible? I started to wonder was it because I was Irish I was treated so badly. The other lady I did meet who was cleaning the rooms in the morning was really friendly, so the main host should take a leaf out of her book. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

Lovely stay!

The room was very clean, bathroom is big and has all toiletries. In addition they provide additional toiletries if you forgot something, was a really nice touch. The host was nice and provided us with the information about the surroundings, and food places. Shower has good flow of water. Complimentary bottle of water outside the rooms in the fridge. Lovey stay indeed.
