    Great location, lovely staff but need to further update and upgrade.
    Freindly staff. Warm welcome. Nice warm and spacious room and modern bathroom. Very good location and riverside lounge.
    The lack of a hairdryer, adequate toiletries, mirror and tea/coffee making facilities in the room which most B & Bs in Ireland have in each room. The lack of lighting the rear car park.

    Basic facilities lacking, super friendly staff.
    Ericha was super friendly and helpful. She gave us a warm welcome, and showed us around. She made us feel comfortable. She really made this stay for us. The location is excellent, close to town and has a pretty river view and a car park. The lounge is comfortable and has a great view.
    There was a musty smell in the hallway and one of the rooms. One of the en suite toilets did not close fully as it was a slide door. As we had booked two rooms there was a big difference noted: one had a musty smell, one had a sliding door, one had a small shower that was a tight squeeze for an average size adult. It was difficult seeing these stark differences, although we were lucky to avail of one adequate room. There was no soap in any of the toilets. None of the rooms had tea/coffee facilities. Many of the plug sockets did not work. The windows in the room were a single glaze and not fit for purpose in stormy weather. We were woken at 8:30 if we wanted breakfast, this should be confirmed the night before to allow for a restful sleep. Or else have a self service breakfast E.g. continental options which would reduce overheads and allow for money to be used on the above missing facilities

    This was a very convenient location, a short walk from the INEC where we were going to a concert. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a lovely sitting room with a view of the river.

    Just a short walk to the INEC which is ideal. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was very good
    Very pricey for a very basic room. The sink is in the bedroom, not the bathroom, there is no TV in the room and the windows were single glazing, a breeze would be felt.

    Close to town. Very friendly family run.
    The first impressions from outside made it feel like it wad a little run down but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Also could ho with a kettle and coffee/tea in room

    Does exactly wat it says on the tin. Bed and a breakfast. Would be nice to have choice of continental breakfast bits aswell. Location was perfect for INEC. We would stay again. Host as so lovely great job
    The bed was a bit springy. The single bed was better than double. The shower had no power but did the trick
