    I am upset I did not stay at another hotel . The king David is not longer a king
    Location, history and pool
    Nobody wanted to work and help. The food was one star and the price was five star . It took 2 hours to get ice to my room . At meals we were the only party with more that 2 people and we had to remove our own dishes from the table because the staff were just standing around doing nothing . Worst stay I have ever had .

    Staff was not friendly, service was lacking in general (we were missing a robe, asked for one that never came, we wanted
    The location and swimming pool
    Room had stained carpet, broken tiles in the bathroom, scales didnt work and drainage in one of the sinks didnt work properly. Far from what I expect from this hotel based on price and previous experience

    The hotel was refurbished and the service is excellent. The new grill bar has fantastic cocktails. And i am grateful for all staff kindness, specially Mr. Sami, the restaurant Maitre .

    Excellent service
    Lacking basic sundries ie: mouth wash I was told to walk across the street to the gas station. Really? Needs a small convience store/gift shop area

    Stay of a lifetime.
    Every thing. My dad was there 80 years before me during the war it was a little emotional for me.
    The people with kids at the pool that had bought passes.

    The staff could be more user friendly I booked four rooms with breakfast included The hotel record said I only booked 3 rooms with breakfast and insisted I pay for breakfast for 5 days for one of the rooms . What was my logic in booking only one room without breakfast when we were travelling as a family group I was very offended but didnt have time to argue

    Ok stay mostly because of the location and history of the place but nothing amazing.
    Location is great
    Bit old looking, especially bathrooms. Bedroom carpet was filthy. Some of the staff were not very smily but some where very sweet.
