Did the 3 bedroom house and the size was decent and the kitchen in the 2 bedroom portion of the house was big. Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing
The unit was dirty. Had to clean the floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms didnt look like they had been cleaned so had to clean those as well. Furniture, Bath tubs and sinks, along with the dishwasher and stove were dated. As much as they charge youd think theyd have newer items for their guests. Units are not child friendly.

Location was convenient. Facility was pretty clean.
Long story but they have major facility maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The maintenance staff was rude, unprofessional and desperately in need of training.

Clean, Big rooms and quiet.
They keep you on your toes by having you sign unnecessary documents when you check in.
This sign includes damages property, pet and outdoor activities. This is unacceptable. Next time Ill choose another company.

The location was ideal
Rude check in staff. False advertising. I booked a 3 bedroom house as I was traveling with my family/children. We were upgraded to a 4 bedroom house - only its not a house. Its condos. Three of them. 1 didnt connect at all, the other two did but the unit was extremely broken (leaking air compressor so constant water on the floor, the tub would mysteriously turn on). Staff did not care one bit about my concerns. They told me to have my family sleep
On the couch, even though I had booked this resort on purpose - and paid more - so that everyone had a bed and a space. I asked for a call from reservations as the front desk said that they were the only one who could help: no one ever bothered to call. In addition, the rooms were FILTHY. Like DISGUSTING filthy. Nothing had been vacuumed, or cleaned in a while and it was apparent. I have video of our check in night because it was the worst kept room Ive ever seen - AND you pay a cleaning fee on top of your nightly rate so I expected it to be SUPER clean, nope, not all all. Cobwebs, dust, grime, SOMEONES FINGER NAIL. Beat up furniture. Yeah, gross.
Lastly, I didnt appreciate the pushy time share ploy. I booked on booking.com, paid in full, and not cheap. Upon checking in, they send you to another person for your parking pass. She tried to confirm if the time she booked was good. I was super confused. Come to find out she took the liberty of trying to book 90m of my
Time for a timeshare pitch. WHAAAAT? I paid in full and none of this was discussed or disclosed beforehand. Every timeshare pitch Ive ever heard of comes with massive perks (free stay, cash/gifts), this place wants you to pay out the nose for a substandard stay, AND give up your vacation time to try to get sold a unit? HA! I politely told the woman I would not be giving up 90m of my time as I didnt want to miss 90m of family time and she got very rude very quickly. Again, our stay was paid in full like any other hotel/resort booking.
