Lovely properly but wouldn't stay again

The location was really good, close to lots of places to eat and public transport. The kitchenette was well equipped. The shower big was and powerful - hate a weak shower!

3 points: 1. We paid extra to have a loft room because the photos showed big windows and we value fresh air. The windows were locked and we weren't allowed to open them. Had we known this then we would've booked elsewhere. 2. One lamp was really low down and we kept hitting our heads on it. Very minor but: 3. There wasn't a way to play music unless through our phones. The smart TV didn't have apps like YouTube or Netflix to use.

Everything was new and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bar close by was also very nice

They were not cleaning the room - which is fine if you stay there for few days. No window which would be opened.

Exceptional

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable, well-equipped room (hairdryer, iron, etc.). Very clean.

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good position, which means that there are several buses to the main tourist attractions. There are plenty of small grocery shops in the area. The hotel is very clean and smells extremely good. There is a restaurant in the hotel, we tried their toast for breakfast it is delicious. I would definitely come back next time.
