I liked the stuff,they were very very nice and helpful. I also liked the activities from the animation team. They were very energetic and hyper so you would want to join even when you were feeling lazy
The internet network was bad considering we just all foreigners visiting for a few days depending on it

Overall a good experience but not value for money.
Location and facilities were very good. Guest Relations manager Angela was very accommodating and ensured we didnt have any issue.
Plumbing systems was not very good. There was good water pressure in shower or wash basins. The attitude of the staff was good but the service delivery was not up to the mark.

The best staff in the world and a beautiful resort that can be explored by foot. My special thanks to Mwali at the reception and Jackob the Porter. They were absolutely wonderful.
Location is quite far and I couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was always closed or not functional

Exceptional Customer Care and the Right attitude for the Job-Well Done Victor
Our check in went smooth although the hotel was busy and there was no room for immediate check in.The manager Victor came and introduced himself to us about the situation which was a very good sign of managing customer expectations.He extended a welcome drink and a place to change as we wait for our room. Victor is a manager who is very interactive and meets everyone asking them how there there is going.We tried the food in Pilipili restaurant for dinner and enjoyed it.The beds were enough for us for the beach despite the high numbers that the hotel had.Customer care in this hotel is top notch and we confirm to visit again

Kiwenga Beach Resort is a really nice place to relax and enjoy yourself. For families too!
Staff was very good and helpful - really great service. Angela was checking in with us daily which we appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily with whatever you need. Pool areas were beautiful and immaculate - so very clean and nice. Beach area is really nice. Wait staff are amazing. Christmas Eve dinner celebration was amazing - they really put on a huge feast and decorated so nicely. The food, in general, was OK - Fruit was always amazing - so much of it. Omelette bar was great. Pasta bar was great.
Although the meals had a large variety of foods -it was average in taste. Too many solicitors on the beach but there's not much the hotel can do about that.

Food was good, not great. Everyday were almost the same tipe of food.
