    Great hotel for our one night stay
    Great hotel very nearby the Knysna waterfront, only a short walk down the road. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had great variety and was tasty. The pool and bar area was also great to have as an option if you didnt want to leave the hotel. Highly recommend.

    It was very memorable and special to us in terms of memories; we will definitely return.
    The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was of very high standard, our family really enjoyed it, the staff was very friendly and customer focused.
    It would have been ideal to have our daughters stay in a room either next to or in the same corridor as ours, as they are under age. My wife and I occupied room 206 and the children room 134.

    It was good.
    The rooms were cosy. And the sauna, bar and jacuzzi were nice as well.
    The room service/cleaning was bad the first day but they picked up after that. But taking until 3pm to clean our room was a bit frustrating.

    Very disappointing. Couldnt wait to leave.
    Not much. It was expensive for what we got. Really noisy. Breakfast sub average. Pool dirty. Sauna and jacuzzi broken. Thought we were staying at the log inn but turns out we were at some sister hotel over the road. No way of getting out of the secure parking. Very very average. Would not book this place again. Is nothing like on the pictures on booking.com

    Bad service that I received from a lady called Millicent, she is arrogant and has attitude towards fellow staff members and clients. She really got me frustrated on the time when I needed to rest.
