It was the only one available!

Not at all worth the money. Towels were old. They wouldn't even give more sugar/tea than what was already in the room! No after hours service for check in. Overall won't book again

The pool was great

Lack of parking, we had a 3 bedroom cabin for 2 families and even though there was a empty area next to us we were only allowed 1 car into the park.

It was an OK experience overall

I liked the location of the holiday park and over all atmosphere.

The behaviour of the staff, they were pretty Rude towards our family friends and had very strict restrictions around gatherings in Communal kitchen. People get out of their houses to have fun and enjoy with their friends but it felt a curfew was put in place at 10pm every night which doesn't make sense when u r not in a residential area.

The staff were lovely and helpful. My kids loved the games room! The cabin was clean and had what we needed.

Probably wouldnt recommend the budget cabin if you are with kids and its raining. Theres not heaps of space. Not a negative for the property just luck of the draw with the weather.

Disappointing

The location was very nice

the customer service was very rude. As soon as we entered the reception we were not welcomed warmly. the rooms were smelly, we didnt get any replenishing done in our rooms for the 4 day stay. asked for towels but was refused, asked for a door mat but was refused. we stayed 3 nights & 4 days and had rain every day so wanted a door mat so the cabin is not wet when we & kids come & go. Also the fresh towels must be provided every day but No. When using camp kitchen we were told to take all our stuff every time cannot even leave it on a single bench. the lights were out 10:15 every single night including weekend. the stay was not relaxing & comfortable.
