Overall it was average stay... it was too much expensive. Service was not upto the mark...

Not as such went well....

1) At Hotel, we took 2 room but not upto the mark. In both the rooms, we found couple of cockroaches on the bed. Pest control and hygiene is required. 2) Swimming Pool Water was dirty with no volunteer. 3) Too much costly for 1 night. Should be reviewed comparatively other Hotels 4) My Car got scratches when I parked in the parking area which we realized later when we reached home. Safety norms or Valet parking person should be appointed 5) Full Payment was paid in Advance at the time of entering in Hotel. Also at the time of booking online, they took advance booking amount . However it was mentioned on booking portal that amount to be paid at property. Clear instruction and policy to be declared on Booking portal. 6) Breakfast was included in Booking but variety was not upto the mark compare to the Amount they charged us.
