The false website information - They advertise that they offer airport transport but when I arrived they said they didn't. I could pay 40 one way to and from the airport x 2 with taxi or wait 4 hours. I waited 4 hours for a bus so I checked in at 3am. They rejected me having breakfast because I left the eating room after a coffee to dress down. Not allowed to leave the room of the buffet. I paid to go to the beach club however, upon arrival I was told it was fully booked and that I can't go. I went to the beach club only once. My entire hotel stay included 0 hot water in my room. I had to sacrifice 5 hours of my afternoon entertaining 2 plumbers who both did nothing more than confirm that my hotel room had no hot water. They changed my room after 2 days that they confirmed the issue and I complained. They also changed the WiFi without informing me and the worst thing of all: I paid 1200 for my stay, within 24 hours of making my payment, the hotel/booking.com changed the price to 500 so I got treated horribly and robbed financially.

Awful stay... I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location.

- Lack of service - Management is definitely missing - Buffet breakfast until 11 am but there is no hot chocolate left at 10:25am. The first morning I ordered a hot chocolate and they said they could not prepare it. The second morning I asked for a hot chocolate. They said no and came back to me to say they will prepare it. The hot chocolate arrived cold.... - Toilet clogged but could not fix it so we asked to change room. We changed room and had free late check out until 3pm. - In the new room, we also had a second problem in the bathroom in particular with the shower. Standing water led to bathroom flood.

Not a 4 star hotel experience

Location is convenient. Car rental right in the hotel. Coffee shop right in the hotel. Not loud. Comfortable beds.

Checkin process was bad set - unprofessional and very slow. No hot water in the room! When asked to fix it - nobody really cared about it. Very old interior of the rooms - stains on the furniture, fossils, toilets needs to be renovated Super old and loud AC - easier not to use it, impossible to sleep when its on. Cards-keys to the rooms had to be changed every day - somehow they were not working in the end of the day. Breakfasts are not healthy, selection is small and pretty greasy. Coffee is bad.

This place is so poorly run. Stuff does not speak any English. Food is garbage. The water is barely warm in the shower and smells like chlorine.

Basic clean hotel with a good location and dry staff.

Location , there is a mall across the street with a good food court.

Staff not very informative. When going to the beach club in the hotel zone. Take your own towels. Checking in to the hotel staff tried to charge extra for my son who is 14. My response was I put down the age of all my kids when booking.

If you enjoy downtown living this is a decent place for you .

Location

Reception guy had cold and I caught it and fell sick during stay . Also I tried to reserve a shuttle to their beach club located in hotel zone 24 hour in advance and they said it is unavailable until 3 days . Free shuttle was why I selected this hotel . If I knew before I would have checked in to a hotel in hotel zone
