    Superb Find - Superb Stay in a Fabulous Property
    Really wasn't sure what to expect from this property, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Communication, location, facilities, layout, and cleanliness were exceptional. Spacious, with two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, including laundry facilities, this was just what we needed for our stay. Conveniently located close to public transport, grocery shopping and plenty of places to eat, we weren't particularly aware of any excess noise. The building is very clean and well-maintained.
    Although dishwasher tablets are supplied, washing machine detergent is not. Hardly a deal breaker, but caught us out given the superb attention to detail the owners should rightly pride themselves on.

    Communication with the team. Spacious Excellently equipped Parking available Safety Location
    Problems with the WiFi but prompt response informing it was a problem with the network. Cold when we initially arrived so if arrived late would not have been a pleasant first night Unfortunately the main living area smelt of smoke.

    Good but an unnecessarily irritating start.
    Having received and followed detailed instructions about accessing the apartment we unfortunately discovered the keys were not there. This caused us some distress as it was by now dark and snowing and we were in an unfamiliar city. Fortunately, despite accompanying info that there would be no assistance at the weekend, after leaving a voicemail, we were very grateful that Gabriella got back to us within a further 15 minutes and met us in reception and apologised profusely and gave us access saying that, of course, it should have been. The apartment itself. whilst not luxurious, is certainly very good and fit for purpose and very well equipped. Alan

    A well-located well-equipped apartment.
    The rooms were very warm comfortable and well equipped for our stay, Despite the central location it was very quiet at night most of the time.
    On our last night someone in one of the other flats was drilling from 21:30 to 22.35. We were trying to sleep towards the end of that time and then got up early and the drilling started again around 7.30am which will have been annoying for those wanting to sleep in. The hosts say that after 22:00 is quiet time but not sure what happens when people don't respect that.

    Well maintained flat in the middle of everything
    It was near everything. It had all the necessary stuff. Staff were communicative. It was clean and comfortable
    You could hear loud noise from the busy West street at night. The flush in the guest toilet was not working properly.
