    Hostel with a cafe and a sociable atmosphere.
    Friendly staff and sociable atmosphere, with coffee and snacks at hand when the reception desk is open. The community space was nice as well, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
    The room (4-bed womens dormitory) was very dark and stuffy, with a malfunctioning motion-sensor light. The top bunks were especially hot, and there was no way to regulate the air conditioner as the controller for the AC was missing. The hostel is also a bit off the beaten path: easy to get to by car, but a bit of a walk away from the city centre.

    The girl at the reception with black hair is not very respectful. On Sunday I asked her if there were any supermarkets open and she told me that in Crete the supermarkets are closed on Sundays. I replied that in the town (always in Crete) where I have an Airbnb they are open and she replied, with a snobbish air of confidence: "No!" (??). When I spoke she didn't listen what I was telling her or asking. Then I asked another guest and he showed me an open supermarket 100 meters far away, and during the day I met others open supermarkets....

    It was good for a hostel!
    The atmosphere was very nice. It's clean, modern, personal is friendly and helpful, there is minibar and coffee bar with snacks, beds have good mattresses, it had shower in the dorm (but no toilet).
    I didn't like that the dorm didn't have window and the air was not fresh due to working moister collector and that I had to ask for the 2nd bedsheet (it's was everywhere only one on beds to put down) and towel was for extra price. The dorm was quite close to the hall where it was very noisy in the beginning.
