Disappointing.

We liked the friendliness of the staff as well as their attempts to make up for the problems of this hotel. The breakfast was better than expected!

Although the listing said there was a pool, it was under construction (apparently due to the sudden heavy rain) but on the other hand there was a new table in the spa lounge which was still in its transport packaging. I cant imagine the monsoon wrapped this table. We were compensated with free use of the Sauna though. Another big problem was the condition and cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was covered in black mold. The bathtub also looked like it wasnt maintained since its installation. Further there were cockroaches underneath the kettle. Disappointing!

the worst place I ever visited .Therewere cockroaches in the room , worst breakfast ever , zero facilities available the water of the swimming poo was bad but yes the few staff like the one who was in reception , the one who used to serve food was very good and polite

location

hotel car park is too small, staff were very unfriendly as our friends were newly married so we asked them to decorate the bed but they didnt do anything although we inform them a day before we arrive, we asked iron for 3 times because all of them were too dirty and unserviceable.
