Disappointing

Very nice lady at the reception - full of joy and eager to help.

The room was not clean - dirty fridge, dirty bathroom, torn duvet covers, electric wiring hanging out of the socket (slightly dangerous as we had a two year old daughter with us!). Breakfast was very modest, most of the things ran out and were not replenished.

night staff the man working there is very rude , I asking question about bill charging he tel me go to your room . two time , this guy I think don't belong to receptions ,he create problem it may be not happen , make me misunderstand about the charges . I hope the boss should talk to him be more polite thank & best regards Xun L
