    Disappointing damp stay
    Very friendly, welcoming staff. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and departure. We also benefitted from accessing our room early. Free parking. Location is just outside of St Tropez centre. Flat, paved and well lit walkway. Its roughly 40mins if you choose not to drive. Convenient enough if you dont mind. Otherwise parking in the centre isnt costly- just busy!
    - Dampness. Our room was damp- avoid room 5! Youll know you have it as you will be in the basement (dungeon?) room of the turret. The room was damp (watermarks on wall also), smelled damp and felt damp. Really very unpleasant. We were only staying for one night but still one too many in that room. - Bathroom was part of the bedroom. No partition. This is kind of okay. What is not okay is for a four star hotel to not have a hook for the shower head. We had to shower by hosing ourselves. Inconvenient and just a basic no. - General ambiance of the hotel felt tired. Soft furnishings have not aged well. Needs a freshen up. Not sure how its hitting four stars or 9.1 rating. If you really want that head to La Bastide des Salins (& its free shuttle service) in St Tropez or Le Mirage further along the coast.

    Beautiful, v french, nice room and balcony, great pool and outdoor eating space
    Just a tad further out from the port than i thought but we had a car and parking in town was no problem .

    Hard to find it you come at night since the roads in that neighborhood are very dark.

    The property is very nice, very easy access to the rooms and you can park your car just a minute walk away from the room which is comfortable. The sea view is beautiful and the room is spacious. Comfy beds and good service.The value for money is perfect. Great Hotel.
    Breakfast had a lot of dessert options (over 10 kinds of cake) which isn't bad truthfully but would've liked more healthy options and maybe more breakfast options. It's a very nice property just not the most luxurious. Not the closest to the centre a car is recommended.
