    Nice little hotel that covers all the basics.
    Room had a desk, a nice window, and good bed.
    The room was quite small, and though there was a private bathroom, I had to go out into the hall to use it. Though I think my room was unique that way.

    Value for money basic hotel
    The hotel has a good location a short walk from the city centre. Its a basic 2 star property which is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
    The bed we had was incredibly hard and the bathroom was a little past its best.

    Nice room and en-suite however there was a lot wrong with it
    No shower curtain, it took half an hour for water to get hot to have shower, shower splashed everywhere, shutters outside window had no way of securing them in the night and so were banging in stormy and windy night, really really noisy traffic constantly every night, the lift stopped working so I had to take heavy stuff up and no one helped

    The bed was reasonably comfortable The hotel is near the town centre
    Booking.com charged us more than the hotel rate The room was dingy although it was dusted and hoovered The furniture very cheap and ugly The carpet was stained The walls and skirting boards had dirty marks Bathroom floor had raised tiles, obviously been flooded Shower had no hook for the spray, so had to be hand- held to take a shower The sink had no plug or grill, so just a large hole of 4cm There were wooden patches over holes in the walls

    Large French windows and high roof so light and airy. Welcoming receptionist. Lift, small but it works.
    Very firm bed, not at all comfortable for me. Bathroom has very slippery tiles and shower floor, dangerous. Large step down from shower, no handrail. Shower floods bathroom. Mould on roof. Noisy road, drag strip for motorbikes.. Some close restaurants but not so good. Aix is horribly overpriced.so comparatively this wasn't too bad.
