    La Familia Guest House and Natural Farm is a beautiful villa located in Long Bay, a 30-minute drive from Port Antonio. Most of the rooms and amenities are DIY-decorated with a creative touch. with a fan and mosquito net inside. Enrico and Suna the owners represent the the blend with the Italian native culture and the love for the Jamican culture. Enrico is the promoter and manager of Vinyl Sunday, a weekly street dance not far from the guest house and he is also a records collector, you will find records to play and turntables everywhere. At La Familia you can find your spot to get in touch with nature and the sea, Enrico is a certified freediver, surfer, and swimmer, and he will be more than happy to show you the most enchanting spots in the area. Also, with the brain food farm on the property, you can have all the organic and craft products right from the growers. Suna (suna_kalymama IG) provides typical Italian and fusion cuisine and also THC and CBD-infused healing fine dining for unforgivable experiences. Dogs and cats are on the place, they are members of the family, La Familia is pet-friendly then you don't have to leave your little ones at home.

    Very nice people, quite a relaxed vibe. Very helpful and we loved the fact that there are a few dogs and cats, so lovely.

    Nothing 'familia' about this place
    Long Bay is a nice area for a pit stop.
    The welcome was very cold. We couldnt find the property as it isn't signposted at all. No contact was made by the property owners to give us any inidication or instructions on where we needed to go. The room was ok, however, they are growing weed in the room next door so the smell was very strong in our room. There is no kitchen facilities, despite the ad saying there is a kitchen and I wouldn't count on the hosts cooking you anything. We couldnt even get a hold of a bowl to cook some oats in the microwave for breakfast. They provide water and wifi, so that's a bonus I guess. I am sure, in its hayday, this was a great place to experience. Unfortunately, it doesnt seem to be a priority for the owners anymore and you can feel it.

    Long Bay is a beautiful location, and if you enjoy being in the Bush (nature) it's wonderful. Also, if you love animals too. The host was extremely helpful too.

    The place is surrounded by beautiful vegetation
    It's hard to find the place because Google doesn't bring you to the exact place and there are no signs on the road leading to the house. Very basic room. The water flow in the shower is weak and the water is lukewarm. At night the dogs in the place bark. The breakfast is not recommended because for 10 dollars you get a cup of coffee with 2 toasts butter and jam and scrambled egg from only one egg.

    Loved the decor in the room, looked exactly like the pics. My husband & I love dogs and there I believe 4 on the property & they were so sweet. The beach is very close and a bar for drinks.
    No screens in windows so alot of bugs come in the room. Mosquito net was provided but alot of bugs.

    Very sympathetic hosts. We arrived late and they still made us feel welcome . Great Italian espresso in the morning! Who needs more ?
