    Great place
    Really nice place, clean and easy to access. Far enough away from the chaos but only a few minutes to the centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always checking that everything was OK. Gardens are great. Would recommend.
    Spa in room didn't work. Just used as a bath. Didn't bother us.

    Value for money and satisfaction
    Very clean and spacious. Especially, the hot water in the restroom was super good. We dont have to wait for the running water to be heated. The water shower was a strong flow. Taking a hot bath in the cold weather was really comfortable. Staff were really nice, helpful and supportive in advising us many good places for food and coffee. Those places were good and with reasonable price.

    We liked our stay in La Fleur 2 Luxery Garden Hotel. Clean room, liked the decoration of the room as well. The outside looked good and maintained
    It didnt have a breakfast option while there wasnt a real good option within walking distance.

    Have booked the family superior room that comes with a bathtub. View was good, we had a mountain view and garden view. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Went beyond the miles to push food recommendations to us as well as arranging transportation. We are thankful to meet Hoang, Song and Cng.
    Despite having a bathtub, we were unable to use the facility. 1st night we had no hot water as the heater was not working. 2nd night we had hot water but water pressure was too little. 3rd night we had hot water and water pressure was fine but water was either extreme hot or extreme cold. And when if you have your bath later in the night (about 10+pm), water pressure gets too little like there isn't water in the water tank. Nevertheless, aside from water issue, we are more than satisfied for the rest of our stay.

    The staff were wonderful but they were let down by the lack of facilities.
    Breakfast wasn't available and the restaurant across the road, which was recommended, was closed. The hotel kitchen was closed and there was no bar, which actually proved to be a bonus as we ate and drank in local restaurants/cafes.
    Maybe get the kitchen up and running. The staff said it was 'broken' and would working 'soon' but the dining areas looked as if they'd been closed for some time. The bed was hard.

    Little paradise
    The garden/jungle and decoration is simply amazing. Photos can't do much, you need to be here to enjoy this little paradise. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Moreover, comfortable beds and very friendly, helpfully staff. One of the best places to stay!
    Maybe a bit far from city center by foot and if hotel would have a breakfast option that would be fantastic.
