We had a great time ataying at Sutton!!

Excellent location! Close to all major stores and restaurants. Rooms are spacious with full amenities, very clean and friendly staffs just to name a few!

Don't get your hopes up. Mouse on 5th floor.

The size and layout of accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. When we checked in the man at the desk was fabulous, I wish I got his name because he stood out, especially in hindsight.

-The pool is freezing cold -The suites are a bit banged up for the expected "luxury" you pay for and the bathroom door handle we had would get stuck so a few times we had to unlock it from the outside to get the kids out -Chromecast didn't work in the 2nd bedroom of the first room we were in -After delaying us all getting to bed on Christmas eve by nearly an hour waiting for someone to FIND a duvet for my son to use on the sofa bed, and having my husband go track someone down after no one answers at the front desk, all they supplied for bedding was a thin throw blanket - There was a mouse in the kitchen, seen by my son before he got into bed, after the blanket gong show. We could hear it chewing and scratching. My husband invited staff up to listen for themselves, yet no one came... then on Google reviews have the audacity to throw in the word "alleged" when referring to the pest issue. - Let us move into 2 separate suites but no help with moving our belongings from the 5th to the 14th floor in the middle of the night because that's not their job, the concierge had gone home so we just had all the fun of waking up our other 2 kids and relocating all 3 kids, their luggage, and Christmas gifts. But don't worry, if you stay here and something this wild goes wrong for you they are willing to take the 40 dollars parking fee off of a $560/night bill. Slow clap.. -
