    Perfect boutique hotel for a relaxing break away
    The staff were excellent and soo friendly and couldn't do enough for you . The facilities were fantastic and everything was always very clean , neat and tidy . It was a fantastically well run hotel and I would definately recommend staying here ! It's also child free and soo quiet and relaxing and just a few minutes walk from Playa Del Carmen centre and the quay side .
    The only very small thing was that the air con wouldn't work properly but as we went in December and the temp was only in the low 20's it didnt affect us too much .

    Lovely Pool, food and facilities
    Considering its an expensive hotel, I found the service levels mediocre. The receptionist was awkward and I think she needs some training in positivity

    Highly recommend Staying at La Isla y El Mar Hotel is
    Everything was absolutely perfect in La Isla y El Mar Hotel. Can't fault anything. The room with pool view was perfect, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant meals delicious, perfect location in Puerto Del Carmen and all the staff were really brilliant, friendly, helpful and provided a fabulous service. I would very highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I will certainly be returning. It's one of the best holiday's we've had. The perfect hotel in which to celebrate our 30 years of marriage.
    Could not fault anything.

    Very comfortable and stylish hotel. Our room has got a hot tub which is very nice.
    It is probably the best hotel in lanzarote
    House keeping took away our dirty glasses and mugs without replacing them but they quickly replaced them after we called them on the second morning. We stayed 3 nights and asked for ice for the first three days but the ice bucket only actually turned up on the first day.

    Breakfast was great with lots of choice and very good quality food. Omelettes and pancakes were amazing. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again

    A holiday never to forget. It will always remain as the best overseas trip we have taken. P
    The most prevalent thing which stood out was the kindness and respect of all the hotel staff. From the cleaners to the hotel owners they were all equally all for the customer and ensuring the stay was unforgettable.
    Leaving to come back to the dreary rainy UK.

    Cant fault it and staff from breakfast room to cleaning and reception are lovely.
    The whole experience was vey good our 2nd time here we will go back again.sli
    Bathroom not enough shelves to lay out our cosmetics plus need more plugs next to mirrors.
