    Excellent place and brilliant staff
    The breakfast was amazing and the beds are the best ever!!! Huge and SO comfy with great linen. Staff are so kind and helpful, this was a good find.
    Its a 30 minute walk from the old town, but taxis were cheap.

    Nice stay in a quieter part of Hue
    Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location, right next to the river, away from all the hustle and bustle. Tasty breakfast.
    The room was smaller than expected and the air con was very inefficient.

    Simple but functional
    Breakfast la carte was very nice and the staff was friendly. The soaps in the bathroom smelled nice and the pillows were firm but fluffy. The blankets were soft to the touch.
    The doors had some gabs in them so that light and sound streamed in. They were really small though so not that anyone could look trough it. Also there were few charging points in the room.

    A very pleasant stay :)
    Lovely peaceful location, really enjoyed breakfast with a riverside view! The whole hotel was decorated nicely and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast options were varied enough and it was tasty. Staff were attentive when we got sick (from a different establishment). You could borrow bicycles and motorbikes, so although the walk to town is quite long, these make it much more manageable.
    Room - there were lots of ants in our room (bathroom and dressing table corner of room mostly, we think they live behind the AC unit). The window frame in the shower was getting a bit damaged by the water exposure. It would also have been great to have a window in the bathroom. Breakfast - Picking the breakfast and time for breakfast the evening before was a bit difficult, but not the end of the world and we understand due to reducing waste etc. Location - A bit out of town, although you can easily get a Grab or use their bicycles. We were fine with a 15 minute bicycle ride, but just be aware when booking!

    Comfortable place to stay with amazing, helpful staff
    The incredibly friendly and helpful staff are what make this such a great place to stay. They were amazing at going out of their way to ensure I got my glasses Id left on the train back. Above and beyond service. A little bit out of the main area of town but located on river and short walk over to Com Hen island. We easily walked into town also. Really yummy breakfast served also.
