Overall it was good value for money if you dont mind the slight inconsistencies in their process.

Location was very convenient to walk to Kalare street market, various cafes, motorbike rental & was safe.

The staff forgot to clean our room one day during our 5 days stay. Even when they cleaned it, they didnt replenish the coffee & tea until we asked. There was also a strange smell from the toilet which went away later. We had to remove our shoes outside the lobby which was a little strange for a hotel but I understand their culture. However it is a hotel so why cant we wear our shoes in. Even though they provided shoe locker outside, it was a little inconvenient

Exceptional

It was great, nice, clean, cozy. Really recommend.

It was in the center of the city, all the activities like go karting etc were a short drive away. Great staff they say hi to you every morning, and very clean house keeping every time you leave the room.

There was nothing bad at all, although it could use some more balcony space.
