Not worth the effort

The breakfast was a bagel and milk. I have been coming to you about once or twice a month but I will no longer stay at this place. No toilet paper in room and no eggs or sausage for breakfast and once again the keys didn't work took Teo trips to front desk to get them to work

I will never book with La Quinta at the DIA Colorado location again.

The location was near DIA. The staff was nice and transparent about 'the problems we are currently experiencing.'

The key cards didn't work well, had a hard time getting into the room, and required multiple cards with multiple attempts, The elevator smelled of sewage, the hallway smelled of sewage, the toilet seat in the room was only partially bolted down with the screw on the floor. The in-door hot tub was not working and the water was cloudy. The parking lot was icy and posed a major slip/fall - maintenance should have salted the ground to add friction to support walking to and from your vehicle. I informed the staff, they were friendly and acknowledged there were issues, but nothing was done to address.
