Exceptional

Great stay for a great price

The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The location was great for what we were traveling for and close to shopping and food. We would definately recommend and stay there again.

There was hard water stains on the outside of the shower. I would think for a newer hotel that it would not have build up like that. Also the toilet paper holder was in an awkward position to reach.

Here for the pool

We liked staying on the 4th floor. The breakfast options were good. We loved the pool so much, we swam 3 times! I liked that I could do late checkout.

The girl who checked us in didn't tell us ANYTHING about where our room was located, where the elevator was, and didn't give any information about breakfast or the hotel specifics. She definitely needs alot of work to improve her customer service skills. I bought 4 of the bottled waters at the little market in the hotel for $12. So outrageous!

Fix your remotes

My remote wouldn't change the channel and they wouldn't help me to fix it and I stayed for two nights so I was stuck watching One show and infomercials at 2:00 a.m.

Ill stay somewhere else next time.

Well kept and surrounded by plenty of food options.

Beds were hard. There was also a generator sounded noise in the hallway that turned on and off throughout the night that made it impossible to sleep.
