I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice.

the room was huge

I was charged for parking which was small and hard to get into. It seems like i didn't find out about parking until the check in. This may be written some place in fine print but t felt sort of sneaky.

Meh. But good location.

Location was goodnear UCLA and Sawtelle. Room was comfortable but funky.

Toilet barely flushed/worked. Made for some nervous moments. Wifi was cryptic and required a separate trip to front desk. Only a single coffee cup in room for 2 people. No place to sit other than bed and the lighting in general was horrid and dim.

Was pointless for my needs. I left early but had to pay whole stay

Good location. Nice staff.

I went to have ac and the ac wasnt working properly. I had to turn it on then turn it off a half hour later for half an hour then on again. Impossible to sleep that way.

Practically a dump. Very poor setting. Very dirty. No space between the cars in the parking lot. After you park, you can't open the door to get out.

Laid facility, we couldnt sleep. Room was very humid. Not nice.

Location

No working AC. Two units in one room, neither worked well. Very sticky feeling in the room. Bathroom had no ventilation so after a shower the floor and walls were dripping wet.

So perfect for me for what I needed at that time! A total upgrade from the last place I stayed

Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and always there to help me with absolutely anything I needed!

We'll be back!

Location, decor, staff, size of room, easy in and out with car, shower, bed and pillows were comfy, overall we were truly pleased with our stay

No fridge, but was told we can request one when booking the room, couple of lights were not working nor was the vent in the bathroom,. In the end, no major issue affected how much we enjoyed our stay
