    About This Property

    Family run since several generations, the Hotel La Vallée in Lourtier offers you a cosy mountain-style ambience. The famous ski region of Verbier with more than 100 ski lifts and 400 km of ski slopes (Read More) is situated a 10-minute drive away. Every morning a rich buffet breakfast is served including home-made jam, rye bread, local cheese, croissants, eggs, cereals, cold cuts and much more. Typical Swiss specialities like Raclette, Fondue and flambéed fillet of the beef are served in the restaurant. Wireless internet is available free of charge. A hammam, a sauna, a steam room an outdoor whirlpool and massage treatments are available. Apart from skiing in Verbier you can embark on ski tours, go cross country skiing and in summer the area is great for hiking and mountain biking. The Hotel La Vallée is the only hotel in the Valais canton which has its own helicopter landing site. Thus you can enjoy sightseeing flights, heli-skiing and ice climbing right from your doorstep. You can park your car for free on site.

    Very peaceful and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Excellent in-house restaurant. Parking. Very friendly staff. Wonderful wellness (in particular, outdoor jacuzzi).

    Good breakfast and very good spa area. Friendly and helpful staff.
    Not a great choice of food - especially for vegetarians. Bus failed to turn up a couple of times. You really need a car.

    Loved it - will certainly be back, amazing little hotel with excellent spa.
    Good breakfast with enough choice. Tasty, option to eath healthy as well. Even had plant-based milk.
    Coffee was not the best tasting ever. I was missing honey from the table (perhaps it was available, just didn't ask for it).

    A pleasent stay.
    In general it was a good breakfast, but expected a bit more variety- e.g. fried eggs or coffee selection. On the other hand the spa area was very good, we loved it! It is the best part of the hotel. The staff was also very fiendly and helpful. Would like to visit them again!
    Rooms were very basic.
