5 star but needs to be reviewed by officials.

The location was great. One of the better areas to stay in with lots to do in a 5-10 minute radius walk. Good rooftop pool/safety for kids and leisure activities for adults.

The room couches and floor mats were absolutely dirty. When I told the receptionist when I was leaving his response " we know and we are in the process of Going to start to change " For a 5 star hotel and 5 star price you would expect the proactive planning etc to avoid guest complain.t

Love being in City Walk close to all the amenities and only 5 mins from a beach too

Its starting to look a bit shabby in places especially bathrooms & some of the bath towels need replacing

Great stay during pleasant temperatures

The location is awesome, city walk, close to many shopping and eating spots. The design is modern and colors selected are easy on the eyes. The staff is super friendly and professional. Also, the last time we were here it rained (last month) which caused the hotel to suffer water leakage causing damping and horrid smells, this time around they were fixing and replacing all the effected parts - looked great.

The location was great

It rained the day of our arrival, the hotel suffered leakage - the elevators were out of order (then one worked but the woods were drenched with water and smelled of mold - very strong smell - lasted for days). We were put on the first floor (which had a smoking balcony) the water came through and drench the carpets- the smell of the carpets were unbearable - until we checked out the smell was there
