    Bottom line is that we would definitely stay here again.
    The location was perfect--close enough to walk everywhere--restaurants and grocery stores were very close, Old Quebec was a 15-20 minute walk...but also far enough from noise. Also, even though Grand Allee is a very busy street, we did not hear traffic noise in the apartment.
    The only thing we did not like was the sofa. Very uncomfortable. Not sure if it was supposed to be a bed as well, but it was too short for either of us.

    Wonderful stay in December
    We stayed for a week in December and loved our cozy loft (#310). It had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Great value and walking distance from the restaurants and shops of Old Quebec.

    Fantastic location and well appointed accommodation. Fully equipped and comfortable.
    The shared areas (corridor areas) were a little scruffy and unwelcoming .

    We had spent 4 days right downtown in Quebec city, so this was just a short stay for us. The facility was ok for a short stay, as our room was in the basement, would have preferred another floor. It was handy to walk to things. The kitchen is very well equipped. All in all it was fine, however, the fact that it was a basement it seemed dark although there were small windows. Very quiet

    When we arrived we discovered that we were in a basement apartment.... didn't want to be there so contacted customer service and she changed our room without any problem.. Then the fob didn't work to access our new apartment and they were super quick to bring new ones. Overall their service was excellent. The location was perfect....walking distance to old town and the spa!
