    the air conditioning does not work properly. I had to call and they told me that the company is out of the country and they would send someone to fix the problem. He only came the next day, it was very hot and the air was not working properly. You have to analyze well before renting here, because the address of the company is in England and any problem cannot be solved quickly.

    Our family felt at home, we wish we could buy the house.
    The house was amazing, nice and big and the pool was clean and ready to jump into. The house is central to everything, we wanted to stay longer and we'll most definitely stay again.
    Needs a little more cleaning, and maybe a little airing out but once you've settled and the door has been open a bit the house smells fresher. Probably just because it's not lived in all the time.

    overall for the price we paid it was good value and we enjoyed our stay
    location was great and was clean.. villa was very spacy and kitchen was well equipped
    property getting tired.. pool tiles were cracked.. furniture is past its best in the living room fridge door handle is about to drop off both patio doors are locked with a stick which is not ideal, and were difficult to open at times

    Nice location and potential to be a great rental with a little more tlc put into it.
    The location was perfect. The size of the home was awesome.
    The carpet needs to be replaced or get a deep cleaning because it was filthy. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, because just sitting on it as a sofa you sink in and the springs are shot on it. The toilet seat in the shared bathroom should be put on properly, because when you sit on it, it feels like your gonna fall off. The bathroom itself needs a good deep cleaning as well, not just a surface clean because people notice the dirtiness of the tile and grout around the tub and toilet areas.

    Hidden Gem, definitely staying her again!
    I enjoyed the convenience of having a garage! I also appreciated the lake view along the back of the house. It was also super close to a walmart and several other food locations nearby! The massive amount of beds was also a huge plus so no one shared a bed!
    The place did look a bit dated, and maybe a little more dusty than I would've hoped but nothing a little self cleaning didn't get rid of. I also didn't really like the spots on the roof over the kitchen, but with florida humidity it was expected.

    Dissappointing, from the broken pieces in the pool, lawn furniture needs updating. Furniture needs updated and cleaned.
    close to town
    the pool took two days to heat. shut off at 6:30pm and never turned back on until 8:30am every day. waste of money. when I called they said they would renin ruse for the first night but never did. the furniture and curtains and beds need updating. the couch and carpet was filthy. food left in couch. please inspect property before renting out.
