Not the best service in Nuwaraeliya.

Location is somewhat nearer to the lake but there are plenty if not hundreds of other accomodations facing the lake and much more nearer to the lake or overseeing the lake than this property.

Service is horrible. They wanted to collect the full cost up ahead of the stay which is fine but what came after is bad to worse. No help offered to carry the bags to rooms (my driver and I had to carry 4 suitcases and some hand bags / backpacks). This is true for both check-in and check-out. From 8:30am, the staff were pestering us for checkout. No water bottle. No tissue anywhere in the room. No toilet paper. When asked about them the reply is a sarcastic one that the property is not a hotel but a lodging / condo service and that patrons are expected to buy their own water bottles, which I'm ok with but what about toilet tissue paper? No reply from the property owner. I specifically asked for a scenic room but my balcony opens on to the balcony of the room in front of me. When asked about this, the property owner advised that he can do a change over at 6:30pm on the next day which is useless when you are checking out in 12 hrs for a 2 days stay.
