    Not the best service in Nuwaraeliya.
    Location is somewhat nearer to the lake but there are plenty if not hundreds of other accomodations facing the lake and much more nearer to the lake or overseeing the lake than this property.
    Service is horrible. They wanted to collect the full cost up ahead of the stay which is fine but what came after is bad to worse. No help offered to carry the bags to rooms (my driver and I had to carry 4 suitcases and some hand bags / backpacks). This is true for both check-in and check-out. From 8:30am, the staff were pestering us for checkout. No water bottle. No tissue anywhere in the room. No toilet paper. When asked about them the reply is a sarcastic one that the property is not a hotel but a lodging / condo service and that patrons are expected to buy their own water bottles, which I'm ok with but what about toilet tissue paper? No reply from the property owner. I specifically asked for a scenic room but my balcony opens on to the balcony of the room in front of me. When asked about this, the property owner advised that he can do a change over at 6:30pm on the next day which is useless when you are checking out in 12 hrs for a 2 days stay.

    Good location near Lake Gregory. Balcony was nice. Main bedroom was nice.
    Second bedroom was very damp and had mould and bad smell. Even the beds were damp. Although they did move us to another flat when we complained about this, it also had similar issue. Toilet wasnt great either with insects. Very different from pictures

    Keep Away.
    The layout of the room. It was spacious. The kitchen had adequate utensils.
    The property description did not be very clear that it is a bed only property. The linen was pathetic. The first room allotted to us was stinking. There was fungus on the curtains. We then got ourselves shifted to a better room which was better than the earlier one but far far below expectations. Not even a bottle of water was provided. No tea coffer arrangement. No male staff assisted shifting our luggage from car. It was a poor girl who did all the lifting. Shameful! Among the 6 hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, this was the worst. Lot of improvements needed.
