    Lovely hotel, ideal location for northern light viewings
    Location and how they have a little webcams for the northern lights, plus viewing platforms.

    Best hotel in Iceland so far, except for SPA
    First class Hotel. I loved the jacuzzi in the back, as well as the breakfast and the room.
    SPA area quite poor, not up to par with the hotel

    Good hotel with great bed
    The place is brand new with a FANTASTIC bed, the best bed we slept in the whole trip. the bathroom was modern and with beautiful decor.
    The gentleman at the reception didn't seem too happy to be working there. Not a very nice welcome to be honest

    No porter to help with the luggages. Maybe all the 4-start hotels in Iceland are like this but if there are no extra service its no difference than a 2-star hotel

    We enjoyed the visit and the view from the sitting area on the third floor was amazing.
    Breakfast was fine, good bread and good coffee. The beds were comfy and we slept well.

    Great peaceful location. Expect coach loads of guests. Personal touch missing but great nights sleep assured.
    The isolation. Stunning sunset. Comfortable bed and sauna was an added bonus. Friendly reception. Excellent location for peace and quiet.
    The decor is a little peculiar. I liked the log cabin feel but the carpets look corporate/business like and artwork just odd! Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Though staff had been attentive for evening meal, there was no interest in us during the breakfast service. Food was mediocre.

    We had one night at Landhotel and it was comfortable, clean and safe. We also saw the northern lights from our window!
    Great location close to south coast and Golden Circle. New and clean. Decent breakfast.

    Brand new hotel, in a nice area
    Spotless facilities, reception/concierge very helpful
    Better prices of dinner and drinks. To loud while large groups are staying at the hotel .
