Good Location but poor services

The Location

The Facilities provided by the Hotel, No Good Internet, TV Services were also not good, Lot of time for complaint solving. N Hot water in the Bathroom.

Overall it's pleasant place to stay

Liked the location which was very much into the happening area of Pukhara. Swimming Pool, Breakfast were healthy.

Staffs at reception found non cooperative! It's may be for the rush as the Dashain festival was on. But I was very much upset when I didn't get their help even to top up my cell phone! Every time I asked for sight tour or taxi options they passed it to travel desk manager who was never available!

Though we just stayed for a night , Hotel exceeded our expectation , Value for Money . Limited Options for Breakfast, but you cannot expect more in place like Pokhara .

At the Breakfast hall , staff were not ready to extent themselves for Asian customers.

i will never go to this place again, i would not mind to pay if the hospitality was good.

The property was old but it was comfortable

The front desk girl morning shift was not competent enough to treat their guest and the boy from the late night to early morning shift was very lazy. I have been to many hotels around Nepal but this is the first time someone said something that doesnt make sense upon checking out.

Proximity, View from Balcony, Courtesy of People, arrangements for local tourism using their own cars and drivers. Nemraj is the Driver who has done amazing assistance for us.

Exhaust fans in Wash Room are not effective.

Bad

The rooms were not given together despite calling them in advance. Some of the staff were very good others were very very rude. The hotel is very congested and the rooms smell. No lockers and horrible breakfast. Not just the spread was bad, the food was inedible.
