Very poor

Location was great.

When we arrived pet hair was all over the sofa, carpets were nasty, I would venture to say they hadn't been cleaned all year or more. When we went to wash clothes the spin cycle on the washer wouldn't work, & the dryer wouldn't work, so we ended up with clothes hanging all over to try and dry them overnight after we had to wring the water out of them by hand. The local staff would not answer any calls or texts, I finally was able to make contact with someone in another state that started addressing the issues, Vacasa is supposedly issuing a partial refund for all the inconvenience. Per the representative it will be 15%, I'm not sure how they arrived at this amount for compensation for the total goat show my family & I have been subjected to, but I feel like it should be at least 50%, apparently they do not have a quality assurance plan in place for their rental properties. I don't recommend doing business with this company.

Great communication.

Rug was worn. Cockroach in master bathroom. Ceiling outdated with popcorn and smashed bugs. 2nd bedroom needed a mirror.

Superb

Great location, family friendly, reasonable price.

Proximity to the beach, quaint and comfortable. Great value for family on a budget. It was very clean.

It could use some updating. The carpet was worn and stained (but was clean). The laminate hardwood flooring was showing its age. Otherwise, no complaints.
