I was able to get to my room at 7pm due to the electrical line being repaired. I wanted to relax in my room while it was still bright and take photos of the room and the scenery, but it was nighttime and it was pitch black so I couldn't take any photos. (That was my primary goal) I was told that the temperature of the jacuzzi would get warmer after an hour, but the temperature remained low. The room was humid, probably because there was no electricity, and the bed in the room on the second floor was so damp that I couldn't sleep. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and I was told to contact them via LINE, but there was no reply, probably due to a lack of staff, so I went to the lobby and ordered one because there weren't any bath towels. The bath towels that came were old and worn out. While I couldn't get into the room, I had to wait in an open lounge area, but since I was traveling from California and had no knowledge of mosquitoes, I was bitten in 15 places and it was really painful. Because I had a layover when I came to Chiang Mai, I stayed at a Bangkok hotel near the airport, which was clean and had good facilities and staff, but this hotel, which costs four times as much, is the worst of everything and should be thought of as a gimmick that only looks great in photos. I couldn't tell because it was dark at night, but when I looked at the jacuzzi in the morning, the water was cloudy, there was a lot of sand, and there was garbage floating around.It was unsanitary and the temperature was low, so I couldn't go in, but I was right not to go in. . The staff who spoke to me had low English proficiency, so at first I was told that they were busy and it was taking a while to clean the room, and then they told me that there was a delay due to electrical repairs throughout the hotel, and that they couldn't get into my room, so I asked them to go eat dinner.
