    No beach for swimming. Rocks. Unavailable for swim. To the nearest beaches you can reach only by road. Deluxe houses look not deluxe . Bathroom especially. A little dark. Territory is not well kept. Ants in the house Plastic furniture on the balcony Breakfast overpreciated, as in many places in Thailand

    Basic accommodations at a wonderful tropical beach locations
    Great location right on the beach. Accommodations are basic, this is a local family run property. Stay here if you want peaceful surroundings.
    Dont expect fine cuisine or any other luxury. This is not a place to party and be loud. Exactly as expected for us.

    A really lovely, family-run resort, with great restaurant and separate beach bar.
    The staff at this resort were amazing. They were particularly good when we told them about our daughter's special requirements (she is Coeliac and has a gluten free diet) and they were particularly keen to understand what they could and couldn't cook to make sure she was safe. We took our own sauces which we gave them to use in the cooking and the cooks were able to create a variety of tasty dishes that our daughter enjoyed. They helped us with booking trips, transport, etc. and I genuinely think the holiday was better because of the care and attention we received from the team.
    Access from the beach into the sea at low tide could be a bit tricky with the rocks, but this is the same for most resorts on the Island. The resort is called Coral Beach, so it wasn't really a surprise!

    The resort is beautiful and staff are very helpful, and it's very quiet and peaceful. The standard bungalows were comfortable and clean.
    The beach is gorgeous but very rocky from the waterline so no good if you want to swim. There's very little within walking distance so you'll need transport to get to restaurants, 711 etc. The bamboo bunglows were a bit too simple, it's worth paying a bit extra for the standard ones (hot water, flushing toilet, better fan)

    Lovely place in a quiet location where you can watch sunset every evening. You can rent a scooter there and drive all around the island. My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much as we felt very welcomed by everyone working there (especially two lovely ladies working in the beach bar :)

    Beautiful location at the quiet southern part of Lanta. The resort had a great vibe, the bungalow was comfortable (even without Aircon). The food was great and there is a nice beach bar.
    Some might find it a bit remote. That suited me and there is a couple of other restaurants you can walk to relatively easily (10-15 mins walk). I hired a scooter which made getting round easier. The beach is lovely, but a bit rocky - although I had no problem getting in for a swim at the right hand side of the beach. Nui beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and is spectacular and great for swimming. You can also swim or snorkel round to Nui beach in about 15-20 minutes.

    The location, the beach was beautiful, with thick sand and some rocks, but the view and the sunset were incredible. The environment was also very good, the people who work there are very empathic and friendly. Also the people who work at the bar are nice and funny. It is possible to have massages there (1 hour for 400 baht). The place is quiet and relaxing. If you want, you can also rent a motorbike there (250Baht for one day). They have helmets, and you can buy fuel there. They have snorkelling masks they borrow us for a day without charging. The Internet worked really well. They can schedule tours for you there. If you need, they have someone who works as a taxi driver.

    The state of the bungalow wasn't so good. The fridge, the mirrors, the furniture were old and in a very bad state. There were fewer towels, the bed sheets had yellow spots, and the fridge was dirty and mouldy (sand and hair inside). The air conditioning was working but was also old. We decided to talk with someone who worked there, and she contacted right away the cleaning team to come to our place, but it wasn't so effective. The helmets for the motorbike were very used and not so safe, and the snorkelling masks too (also a bit dirty). The Thai food is ok, nothing special. It's better to eat somewhere else.

    Bungallows under palm trees by the beach
    Excellent location on a small (almost private) beach! Great bar on the beach, where you can enjoy happy hour during sunset. :) The bungallows are rather simple, but cleaned every day and we had everything we needed. We can only recommend it!

    A wonderful stay!
    We had such a wonderful stay at Coral, the staff were so wonderful and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the facilities were great for the price we paid. We had a fan bungalow that was right on the beach, perfect to lounge and watch the sunset. There was also a lovely bar and a massage station in the property. The food at the restaurant was also very good, but the main thing we enjoyed was how lovely the staff were!
    The only thing I will say is that the shower pressure isnt great, its almost like a spray rather than a shower, but really it just takes a bit more patience to use, with the same result.
