Good

The room was large and tiled. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Friendly manageress and similarly the breakfast staff at Miami. Breakfasts at the sister hotel 300 yards down the road were very good with nice coffee, albeit the single machine to make it was very slow so always queues

Terrible shower, either scorching or cold.and no curtain so water everywhere. Aircon took forever to make a difference. No matter what the staff did to try to get the TV to work, and they did try hard, once the key was out of the slot it reset itself to nonsense. The pool at Miami only has 10 beachside beds which are taken by 8am.

Good Hotel, Calm area

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room. The location is fantastic. Nice beach, in the middle of everything, just a short walk or motorbike ride away. Would book again

Bed was a little hard. 200m to the pool in Miami resort is okay but Miami was crowded when we stayed at Lanta Intanin. No sunbeds for us because of that.

Good place to stay 2-3 nights

Was the second time there. Nice clean quite rooms. You can use pool and breakfast from partner hotel at the beach. Rent motorbycicle. A quite area in Koh Lanta. I like more then Long Beach. Cheaper then the hotels at the beach.

Bed is a little bit hard.

A pleasant stay at quiet hotel with a beautiful garden

Spacious, well-equipped rooms with a comfortable balcony overlooking a lovely lush garden that's well maintained. The manager was incredibly polite and accommodating.

Although guests can use the pool at a nearby hotel which is right on the beachfront, it would be nice if the facility had its own pool. There is also no in-house dining but there are several options in the same street. Struggled to make payments with my card (system/ network issue)
