Nothing like on the pictures!

The staff was friendly

We were charged 400 euro almost for 4 nights.... the same you get charged at a luxury resort but this was as bad as a motel. The rooms are very outdated! NOT WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES!! We went to reception and asked for the rooms from the pictures they said they are the newer rooms only 2 or 3 like that but all next to the road and parking so you hear everything coming and going! The bathrooms are all broken and the beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor (and I love hard beds, but this was insanely hard). The bedsheets and towels don't get changed when they make your room. We stayed for 4 nights and had dirty sheets the entire time after our son accidentally dirtied the bed with food. They didn't even change our dustbins in the toilet with toiletpaper for 2 days, so we got ants and bugs and had to clean it all our selves. Tv's don't work and the cables are coming out the walls, very dangerous for kids and adults using the plugs. Curtains in our rooms were broken and some in other guests rooms I heard too so they and we couldn't open curtains. The pool is okay but not maintained well at all! Also there is no shade anywhere in the pool area. Then ... There is a weed and mushroom bar next to the pool so people are smoking weed and taking shrooms while your kids are playing around them.. and the bar plays music till the early hours of the morning. The restaurant which is not part of the resort but is next to the shrooms place and pool is amazing!! Try their Pad Thai and Tom Kha soup!!! But very over priced for what other places offer.

Good stay overall at a fair cost

The location was great, right next to the beach. Very lovely receptionist with a warm welcome. It was very easy to book trips through reception too. The food was good at the good value. Best ice mocha my husband ever tried! Well done! We had water delivery every day, felt looked after.

The bathroom will benefit from an upgrade. The wc had some issues and sink way too hight for anyones convenience. The dressing table with a very uncomfortable mirror with a very little lighting. Also there was only one spare socket in the room to use except the two from TV that Wes hanging loose from the wall.

Overall good, great atmosphere, we'd stay again

Lovely location right on the beach with beautiful views and a very chilled vibe. The pool was nice and had a slide that the kids and adults both seemed to love! There is bar where you can get beers, cocktails, coconuts etc and they have another area for food - all you need in the one place. The rooms are pretty good, ours was quite big with a nice size bathroom, TV, kettle and mini fridge (with tiny freezer section). They accommodated me being on crutches by giving me a room near the beach/bar with fewer steps up into it which was as I requested, so I was very grateful for that.

The only thing that let it down was the toilets near the bar. We didn't find the bed comfortable at all, very firm but that's personal taste.
