The beach was good, and we had free access to sunbeds which was lovely. The breakfast buffet had a good location, and the food was also okay. The staff was nice, and if you are traveling with friends I would recommend to rent scooters as they were 200 bath for 24 hours! Very good deal, since you can explore Ko Lanta and travel to the national park, and Old Town.

The beds were not to comfortable, but we managed. Also the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better and there was a leakage from the pipes by the toilet. The fridge also had a smell of spirit, and when we left the room the power went out so the things we had in the fridge didn't stay cold at all times.

Avoid if I were you, especially with kids

The location

The state of the rooms was very dated. We were in a deluxe family room. It was far from deluxe, and I would have hated to be in a non deluxe room. The chair in our kids' room had a hole in, the bathroom was awful. For some reason there was a pile of rock in the corner of one, I didn't dare think about what was underneath. Paint was peeling, nearly everything needed replacing. The pool was a nice area, but there were broken sunbeds, lumps of hair in the pool, and sun umbrellas that you couldn't put down. Breakfast was not awful, but it was not very nice either. Apart from the eggs, they were nice! The staff were reasonably friendly, but at times difficult to communicate with. Nice people, though. I don't like to complain about things, but I felt the need to review this hotel. You can get much better for the same price, and as we are travelling with kids, I thought I should share for other families. The beach location drew us in, but you can get much better. They also don't serve alcohol in the restaurant, which we weren't aware of, and the air con was very noisy and didn't work properly. This property could be improved with some tlc, but it didn't feel like they cared that much.

Superb

Amazing staff, very helpful and nice. Good breakfast, amazing view localised right at the beach, from where you can watch beautiful sunset. Comfy beds, mid sized fridge, quiet.

Exceptional

Hotel is well run, clean, good security and well staffed. Breakfast is great right on the beach and the staff is really cheerful. I can't say enough about the staff!! Best location for Lanta. I recommend and will return if I am ever back that way.
