Good place , not so good service

The house youll be staying is nice and very comfortable. Period. However

However, customer service is poor. First they have some shenanigans going on with the payments. Ive used more than 100 times the same credit card for payments on Booking.com but this time (first time) my card kept failing and they said they could not charge it. This said, they really insisted Id pay through an external link that kept failing and just cause me anxiety while I was already on holidays very weird stuff. As if it wouldnt be enough after the first of three nights they requested us to change rooms because of a conflict with another customers reservation, then it was because of some reparation work that was required in the room, and after all when we came back to the room later that day someone was already in our initial room. By the way we changed to a room exactly like ours so I dont understand why couldnt the new customer occupy the other room. This was pretty annoying since we already had all our stuff in the closet, bathroom, etc etc

Cleanliness all through out ask the cab which is in house the driver cum owner(jayesh) of the cab is the most trusted guy in goa and he is most updated guy to make your stay comfortable

Net connection slow for ever I don't have any hope I stayed more than 20 times in last 3 years but this one issue is always bothering and the white cottage is very good but 1 toilet for 6 people is next to impossible can accomdate 1 outside toilet since so much place outside only way to get 10 rating for white cottage

Worth it

The prestine look and the beautiful atmosphere. Everything was so carefully arranged to give a feeling of the old Portuguese houses. The Owners, Manager and the Staff are ever so helpful. Also thanks to the night shift care taker Pranav, who was around every time you needed something.
