The pool table was a plus.

I did not like the hole in the laundry room wall and a gash in the wall above the stove and the carpet and base board stains also the dirty shower floor and tub floor were bad. The stair rail was broke. The worst was the cockroaches!

Good location, not a clean as I expected but a very responsive owner.

Easy location to get in and out of. There was enough space for the 6 of us. Roomy kitchen.

The entire house needed a deep cleaning. Items were left behind from previous people i.e sock, slipper, open food items. We had to wash most of the bedding ourselves.
