    Very welcoming! Helpful in providing info regarding places to eat etc. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Location was excellent..easy to walk to everything.

    Would stay again.
    All worked, all clean, good location, friendly people .... I need nothing more!
    As I was on the ground floor, facing the street, with a restaurant opposite, I "had" to keep the window shutters closed. But this was a minor detail.

    My new favourite place. Visit Las Brisas in Estapona, you will not be disappointed.
    Really clean and comfortable room with excellent en suite. The owners are so nice. Very professional hosts.
    Absolutely nothing. I would like to say something negative so it doesnt get booked up! There isnt any negatives. Cant wait to return.

    A gem in the old town of Estepona and yet so close to the beach and the promenade.
    The location was perfect. The hosts Amanda and Anthony were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. It was very clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable.

    Perfect for beach, historical area, bars and restaruants.
    From the moment we arrived in Las Brisas (which was early 1.30pm), we were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Anthony and Amanda. They let us into our room early which was greatly appreciated as we were on an early flight from Dublin. The room was pretty, cool, spotless clean and the beds were quite comfy along with a full-sized bathroom with shower and bath. A kettle with all the condiments were laid out, along with welcome bottles of water is in the room awaiting for us (a lovely thought). The location is literally a stone's throw from the beach, behind is the historical quarter and everything is literally on your doorstep. If you needed anything like loo roll etc. you could contact them quite easily via text message on the booking.com app. It was quiet (even though restaurants all line the street), cool (great air-con), very well-priced and calming.     Little gem in a perfect location in Estepona
    Lovely house located in the centre of Estepona near to all the restaurants and a stones throw away from the beach. Perfect for us. We had room 5 which was very quiet and we didnt hear any noise from the restaurants outside.

    This place is an absolute gem.
    This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect - you will basically step outside and boom! you're in a street full of restaurants (very good ones by the way). And weirdly enough in our room we didn't hear any sounds from outside, even though I knew the street was packed with people! The sea is literally 100 meters from the place. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. I especially loved the little extra touch that you could buy some drinks downstairs, or borrow a book. Initially I thought I would like to have breakfast included but the minute I arrived I knew I wouldn't. There are just so many cafes around that can't be missed out on. I will definitely be back!

    Great location, Affordable but needs work
    Great location/central to everything. Private, safe, the owners were nice.
    No fridge in the room, funky smell in restroom and constant gnats in restroom.
