Next day after we made a reservation a polite lady called and let us know that the apartment was ready for us. We were pleased, but the lady completely forgot to tell us that we have to move to a different block in a few days. For us that was completely unacceptable as we were traveling with 1yo baby and amount of stuff we had to carry was just too much. Next day when the office was open I explained the the situation to the office stuff, but they didn't want to hears us. "The transfer can not be helped!" and if I refuse to move they would call the cops!!!
After few days they managed to do something and we stayed at the same apartment. At least that problem was solved.
Other cons:
- 2 days WiFi was down for entire resort and nobody was able to help with that;
- The staff is helpless and rude;
- The office works till 5:00 p.m. only. If something happens, no one is there to help you.
- the emergency line is a corporate line where: " your call is very important for us, please hold"
- The exercise room is very bad. The equipment is very old, it is loud, noisy and not working properly.
