    Far from the center, the kitchen is very small with very old pans and nothing else to help to cook! So forget about cooking there

    The hotel were really nice to upgrade our room, thank you, so we lived in a really big room, it was warm, the reception hall was nice
    It didn't feel like four stars at all, the room was quite old and ugly, there was only shower gel, no robes or slippers, no coffee. The worst part was the location, when we booked we didn't realize it was so far from the old town and the train station (50 min walk). If you want to go to the centre there is no really transport, there is a bus but you have to wait for it in the cold, or you have to walk 15 (!) Min to take tram, and then it does make sense to take it anymore because you are already halfway through...

    Served the purpose of sleeping over, I would not go back
    During X-Mas season Strasbourg is fully booked so I was happy to be able to book a room even though its triple the price than normally. From the prices of the other hotels I imagine its the same everywhere.
    The rooms have a kitchenette which is certainly useful for people who stay longer but the rooms also smell of food. In the first room the toilet flush was constantly running and upon trying to flush (to make it stop), I realised it did not work at all. I was lucky there was one last room available so I could change. Upon leaving the room the next morning I missed to properly close the room door, there was a cleaning lady at the elevator who asked me very reproachfully excuse me, why didnt you close the door?! - there might have been a way to ask this in a polite way, I was a guest at the hotel who paid 180 EUR for one night, I didnt know this included reprimand by the cleaning lady?

    Friendly staff
    I arrived very late and had many questions but the reception was very helpful and friendly. Check out until midday is fantastic!!
    There were no sleepers in the room and quality of toiletries were bit disappointed for the price.
